Telehealth Services
Narangba Station Health Centre offers telehealth and video consultations during standard practice hours. Patients can enquire by calling reception or booking online.
To be eligible, patients must have attended at least one face-to-face appointment at the practice within the 12 months before their telehealth consultation. This appointment may have been with a medical practitioner or another health professional at the practice, such as a practice nurse or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health worker.
Rescheduling
If the doctor is running late for your Telehealth appointment, they may need to call you at the end of their shift. A message will be sent to you when doctor is running late. However, if your scheduled time is inflexible, please call (07) 3521 5523 to let us know and we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate.
Please also contact the clinic if the practice has not called within 5 to 10 minutes of your Telehealth appointment time.
