In partnership with Audiwell, we provide custom-fitted earplugs made from precise impressions of your ears to ensure maximum performance. All earplugs are designed for a secure, comfortable fit and can be tailored to the way you plan to use them.

How it works
Every ear is different which is why off-the-shelf earplugs can frequently feel sub-standard. In comparison, custom earplugs are made from an impression of your own ears, creating a more individual fit than standard one-size-fits-all protection.
Initial Consultation
To start, we’ll talk about where and how you plan to use your earplugs, from workplace noise and music to swimming or sleep to find the right solution.
Ear Impressions
Then, your audiologist will examine your ears before taking precise impressions of each ear to create an individual fit that is custom to you.
Manufacturing
Your impressions are then sent to a specialist manufacturer, where your custom earplugs are produced to suit your ears and intended use.
Fit, Collect & Protect
Typically, custom earplugs are generally ready within 1 to 2 weeks. We’ll make sure you know how to insert, remove, clean and care for them correctly.

Custom Earplug Fees
The cost of custom earplugs varies depending on the type of plug and the level of protection required. Your audiologist will discuss all options with your during your initial consultation.
Medicare Rebates
Custom earplugs are generally not covered by Medicare. Some patients may have access to support through other eligible hearing or funding programs. Please speak with our team if you’re unsure.
What to expect?
Your appointment starts with a discussion about what you need your earplugs for and the type of protection you’re looking for.
Your audiologist will examine your ears and take precise impressions so your plugs can be made to the individual shape of your ears. The impressions are then sent to a specialist manufacturer.
Your custom earplugs are generally ready within 1 to 2 weeks. Once completed, we’ll arrange for you to receive your plugs and provide guidance on fitting, cleaning and ongoing care.

Book Your Fitting
To make an appointment, please call reception or use our online booking system via the button below. You can also visit our contact page to see further details about our location and directions.
Bookings are available from as early as 7AM on weekdays and Saturday. We are also open Sunday mornings, plus late on Monday and Wednesday evenings until 8:00PM.
Can’t find us? – We are situated across the road from Narangba Train Station next to the Narangba Village shopping complex. Look for signs for Narangba Health Centre and IGA.
