What Is My Medicare?
MyMedicare is a voluntary registration system designed to improve healthcare delivery and patient experiences.
This new model from the Australian Government allows patients to build strong relationships with their preferred general or nurse practitioner and healthcare team. Attending the same clinic and seeing the same GPs for your medical appointments will allow your chosen doctor to provide you with better ongoing care.
Eligibility Requirements
You’re eligible to register for MyMedicare if you have a valid Veteran Card or Medicare card and have had 2 face-to-face appointments with your selected practice in the previous 24 months or one face-to-face visit for practices in remote locations.
All eligible face-to-face sessions can be funded by DVA, Medicare or a combination of both institutions.

Important Information:
Patients who register with a DVA Veteran Card will need to fill out a registration form at the practice, as registration via Medicare online services can only be completed using a Medicare card.
A parent/guardian will need to register a child under 14 years and provide consent on their behalf. It is important to note that registration for a child under 14 years will need to be completed at the practice.
Young people aged 14 to 17 years will be able to register and provide consent without a parent/guardian.

To make an appointment, please call reception or use our online booking system via the button below. You can also visit our contact page to see further details about our location and directions.
Bookings are available from as early as 7AM on weekdays and Saturday. We are also open Sunday mornings, plus late on Monday and Wednesday evenings until 8:00PM.
Can’t find us? – We are situated across the road from Narangba Train Station next to the Narangba Village shopping complex. Look for signs for Narangba Health Centre and IGA.

Easy Online Appointment Booking
Narangba Station health Centre uses the AutoMed platform for online appointment bookings.
Patients can also access bookings via the AMS Connect mobile app.
